Christmas is officially over. Gifts are unwrapped and family members are finally heading home. Time to clean out the fridge and do something delicious with those holiday leftovers! This Ham and egg crepe recipe is not only extremely easy to prepare but makes for a great day-after-Christmas meal.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 8 slices black forest ham
- 6 large eggs
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- Chopped fresh chives
